Productivity Up, Labor Costs Down

Liberals hate it, as they hate everything that’s “good for the country.” It’s productivity that makes for profit, while lower labor costs LOWER the “cost of productivity.” This is WHY liberals (socialists) hate it. Liberals look upon “profit” as “evil.” They forget that without profit, this country, even the world, cannot survive. Profit is the “lubricant” that makes this world work. Even communist China, which only grudgingly allows its citizens to make ANY profit, must make a profit in its dealings with the rest of the world as they make so many things we buy--at a PROFIT to them. The more we buy for them, the more PROFIT they make, and the bigger they grow in the world’s markets. (Yahoo News)

Liberal Opinions Defy Logic

They still think the Soviet Union collapsed on its own. But this book tells the REAL tale: "Who brought down the Soviet Union? According to liberals, it collapsed of its own, with an assist from the reform-minded Mikhail Gorbachev. But this explanation not only scants the role of Western anti-communists -- it implies they had exaggerated its dangers all along. Now, John O'Sullivan gives credit where it's due. "The President, the Pope, and the Prime Minister" is a sweeping, dramatic account of how President Ronald Reagan, Pope John Paul II, and British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher together took on the most powerful and aggressive foe that liberty has ever known -- and won." They same liberals now say there is no way we can win against the Islamic terrorists. But the USSR was a much bigger, more powerful for than a "rag-tag bunch of jerks" such as we're facing now. You can buy this book for only $19.95. It's on sale right now (as this is written). So if you want to see the truth, buy it (I make no money if you do).

How Will Sarah Handle Her Family as VP?

This is a question that would NEVER be asked of a man. They assume the “family matters” will ably handled by his wife. Not so with women (unless her name is Hillary). They figure it’s “woman’s work” to handle the “family matters” and ignore the presence of the man in the equation. And they’re now demanding a “paternity test” to prove the child she recently had is really here, and not her daughter’s. As to the speech at the convention, they’re saying, “She was handed the speech and she did a good job reading it, though it was ‘strong on insults and short on substance” Something the Democrats SAY they “decry.” This is pure sexism (I think it WAS “strong on substance, which, to a Democrat is “insulting.”). They say that a woman should be able to do everything a man can do, EXCEPT be vice-president, if she’s a Republican. That don’t think the same way if she is a Democrat and has a family. Has anyone asked Obama how HE is going to “handle family matters” if he is elected president? Nope. I do agree that neither side has talked much about the issues. Democrats whine about “health care,” which they want to force upon us whether or not we want it. They want to move us closer to a socialist government--again, whether or not we want it. I wish both of them would talk more about such things so we will not be surp[rised at what they DO when they get in office--whichever of them do. (Pajamas Media)

Another Compean-Ramos Case in the Making

The Mexican government is making loud noises about an illegal immigrant being shot in the butt while throwing rocks at Border Patrol Agents--again. Do these "wetbacks" think they're sacrosanct? That they can do whatever they want without consequences? Else why would this man throw rocks at Border Patrol Agents and expect not to get shot? Maybe it's the message sent him by our sending two other Border Patrol Agents to prison for ten years or more for doing their jobs. I'm actually surprised those Border Patrol Agents actually shot this guy after the message that was sent to THEM by our government's action in putting these men in prison while giving the dope-peddler that shot immunity so they'd testify against THEM? I CERTAINLY WOULDN'T. In fact, if I worked for the Border Patrol, I'd have quit my job immediately after those men were CHARGED, instead of the REAL criminal. I notice the Border Patrol is advertising more than they ever have for new recruits. Could it be they're having a lot of trouble getting recruits from people who are INTELLIGENT? I certainly wouldn't want to work for any outfit that treats their people this way. The Border Patrol says assaults on their agents are up. Is anybody surprised? Mexico says they should have "waited for a Mexican response." Are they just STUPID? Any "Mexican response" would be MAYBE the next day--or next WEEK, and would include taking the offender back to Mexico and turning him loose, while filing angry reports against the men who are SUPPOSED to be protecting OUR borders, not Mexico's. Robbing Your Neighbors

In Amesbury, Mass., the mayor and several other local politicians what to retain the power to "rob his neighbors," and the governor of (The People's Republic of) Massachusetts agreed with him by vetoing a measure to make it harder in Amesbury than in the rest of the state to steal your neighbor's property and give it to Wal-Mart or Target Stores. The governor cites "local opposition" to the bill in his veto. But even most of the town council backed the bill while the mayor (and some other local politicians who wanted to keep on robbing their neighbors) didn't. "Of course, the persons who want a free hand to grab property whenever they like are the ones who oppose the petition. These include the current Amesbury mayor, Thatcher Kezer, who says there's "no need" for Amesbury to differ from the rest of the state when it comes to stomping on property owners." Why not? If it's right, why NOT "differ from the rest of the state? "Thievery is thievery, whether done by individuals (who sometimes go to jail for it) or government politicians (who usually don't, because they've made laws to allow it). (Common Sense)

I Told Ya So!

South Korea says North Korea is "back in the nuclear business." They were "out of it" just long enough to "sucker" the U. S. into stopping the sanctions, they were under and give them a lot of money. Then they started again. Are you surprised? I'm certainly not. I said this would happen as soon as I heard them SAY they were "out of the nuclear business." People are saying they don't know if North Korea is serious about restarting their nuclear program or are "just posturing." I think they were "just posturing" when they announced they were shutting it down. (Yahoo News)
